9. Culture, Climate and Relationships
District partners with students and families to monitor, measure, and improve culture, climate and relationships in schools so that schools become supportive, welcoming environments for students and families.
INDICATOR 9.1 Establish processes and systems that ensure students and families have access to school administrators to share their thoughts on the school environment and how it might be improved.
INDICATOR 9.2 Continuously improve school conditions (structures, processes, relationships, mindsets) so that all students and families feel welcomed and respected at school.
INDICATOR 9.3 Create a welcoming and engaging school environment for all students and families that is inclusive and respectful of all backgrounds and experiences.
INDICATOR 9.4 Provide accessible processes and structures that help students and families identify, report and seek remedy for physical and/or emotional harm and trauma caused by educators and staff members.
